Terms and conditions for purchasing limited-edition art from Artwerk.

1. General
These Terms of Service govern your use of artwerk.ae and any purchases made through the website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Artwerk reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that transaction.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a pricing error, if the edition has sold out, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Each artwork is produced on demand after payment confirmation.
3. Limited Editions
Each artwork is produced in a fixed, pre-announced edition size. Edition numbers are assigned in order of purchase. Once an edition is fully sold, no additional prints will be produced. The edition size and your specific edition number are recorded on the Certificate of Authenticity that accompanies each artwork.
4. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. UAE: 2-4 business days (free delivery). GCC: 5-7 business days (AED 350-450). Delivery is to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Signature is required for all deliveries. If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a collection point.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Custom orders, installed items, and items not in original packaging are non-returnable. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. 6. Intellectual Property
All artwork images, designs, text, logos, and content on artwerk.ae are the property of Artwerk or its licensed artists. Purchasing an artwork grants you the right to display the physical piece in private or commercial spaces. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any artwork or website content without written permission.
7. Certificate of Authenticity
Each artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity with a unique verification code. This certificate confirms the artwork's edition number, material, dimensions, and provenance. Certificates should be retained as proof of authenticity and may be required for returns, resale, or insurance claims.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artwerk's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of artwork shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific artwork in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. We are not responsible for colour variations between screen displays and physical prints, as monitor calibration varies.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
